Application:

In this vacuum furnace, 600 kg of Nd-Fe-B raw material is degassed in vacuum or inert gas, melted and tilted through crucible, and rapidly cooled on water-cooling roller after being passed through tundish, which makes it a smelting equipment for manufacturing alloy sheets.

Product Features:

The second type belt throwing furnace of our company adopts pit collecting tank structure, The scales thrown out by the water cooling roller are broken once and directly fall into the pit receiving tank. After the upper cover of the receiving tank is automatically closed, the receiving tank is automatically removed, manually hoisted and walked in other places for secondary cooling, and quickly replaced with another receiving tank for the next furnace. This working mode greatly improves the working efficiency, and 8-10 furnaces can be produced every day.
