Furnace specifications A fixed 6T round aluminum smelting furnace is used, and the smelting furnace is responsible for the melting, refining and discharge of aluminum materials.

1. Furnace body: including furnace body, smoke exhaust port, water outlet, standard parts for connection, etc. The furnace body steel structure adopts a completely welded structure, and the outer shell is made of 10mm thick high-quality Q235 steel plate and 160 I-beam external reinforcement welding. The entire shell forms a mesh reinforced steel structure, which has good rigidity and air tightness; it can fully withstand the mechanical stress and thermal stress of the furnace; all steel used on the furnace is produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel or Lian Steel.

2. Furnace door: b. Electric lifting furnace door: It is convenient for forklifts to add materials and remove slag, while avoiding the excessive height of the furnace caused by the extra-large furnace door, which affects the heat transfer and heat dissipation when the door is opened. c. The furnace door/frame is assembled on the main frame of the furnace door/frame by block heat-resistant cast iron with bolts, and appropriate gaps are left to prevent deformation caused by uneven heating of the furnace door/frame.

d. Lifting: Equipped with lifting motor, sprocket, chain and counterweight barrel, the reducer is used to directly lift the counterweight barrel, which is simple and reliable; control: remote control is adopted. e. The counterweight barrel of the furnace door is provided with a guide slide to ensure that the counterweight barrel does not shake when the furnace door is lifted.

Equipment composition

The combustion system consists of gas combustion system, gas supply system (gas pipeline and control valve), air supply and smoke exhaust system (blower and air supply pipeline, induced draft fan and smoke exhaust pipeline, reversing valve), compressed air supply system, electrical and automatic control system (combustion, temperature, pressure automatic control) and other parts.

Control system: 4 Aluminum smelting furnace includes main fan control, induced draft fan, burner automatic control system, electric lifting furnace door control (including furnace door remote control), furnace temperature measurement.

5.1. Natural gas is used as fuel, and Party A is responsible for all fuel storage and supply systems before the burner.

5.2. The regenerative combustion system is configured, and the automatic valve group is the responsibility of Party B. The previous main valve, pressure regulating valve, flow meter, pipeline and all other fuel supply systems are the responsibility of Party A.
