The circulating water is changed to two paths. The inner circulating water enters the production equipment to bring the heat to the plate heat exchanger, and the external circulating water is responsible for bringing the heat to the atmosphere, which solves the problem of scale and algae.
The internal circulating water has not changed, but the external circulating water will still have the problem of scale and algae.
This method requires more investment and also occupies a large area. At the same time, the energy consumption of the dual circulation pump is high, and the water side is easy to block, scale and corrode once the water is changed.
This is a relatively reasonable method at present. The circulating water circulates inside the tube bundle and is completely isolated from the outside world. The internal circulating water does not scale, evaporate, or algae, which protects the furnace power supply and the copper sleeve of the induction coil.
For the spray water used externally, the scaling problem can be solved by means of regular discharge, and there is not much wasted water resources.
