3, 3000 series aluminum rod mainly represents 3003 and 3A21.Our country 3000 series aluminum rod production technology is more excellent.3000 series aluminum rod is mainly composed of manganese element.The content is between 1.0-1.5, which is a series with better antirust function.
4, 4000 series aluminum rod represents 4A01 4000 series aluminum rod belongs to the series with high silicon content.The silicon content is usually between 4.5-6.0%.It belongs to building materials, machinery parts, forging materials, welding materials;Low melting point, good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance

8, 8000 series of aluminum rod is more commonly used for 8011 belongs to other series, most of the application for aluminum foil, the production of aluminum rod is not commonly used.
Melting and casting include melting, purification, impurity removal, gas removal, slag removal and casting process.The main process is as follows:
(1) Ingredients: according to the specific alloy grades that need to be produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy components, and reasonably match various raw materials.
(2) Melting: add the raw materials to the melting furnace to melt according to the process requirements, and effectively remove the miscellaneous slag and gas in the melt by means of degassing and slag removal refining.
