HTGP Exhibits at the ANKIROS 2026, Showcasing a Complete Process Chain
Presenting full-line equipment for melting, casting, rolling and anti-corrosion, and deepening engagement with the Eurasian market
From October 22 to 24, the 17th International Exhibition for Iron, Steel and Foundry, Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Technologies, Machinery and Products (ANKIROS 2026) was held at the Istanbul Expo Center in Türkiye. HTGP exhibited at Booth Hall 4 – E173, presenting a product portfolio that covers the full chain of melting, casting, rolling and steel pipe anti-corrosion. Over the three-day event the booth received more than a hundred batches of professional visitors from Türkiye and neighboring Eurasian countries.
At this edition HTGP focused on five main equipment lines: induction melting furnaces for steel, aluminium and copper with high efficiency and stable temperature control; ingot casting machines for aluminium, copper and zinc ingots; foundry equipment for casting workshops; hot rolling mills for steel; and 3LPE steel pipe anti-corrosion equipment for oil and gas transmission. Equipment models, catalogues, technical data and project videos presented the machines on site, together with one-to-one selection advice based on each customer’s material type, capacity target and process flow.

Visitors were mainly local Turkish foundries and steel and non-ferrous metal processing enterprises, with others coming from neighboring Eurasian countries. Their inquiries focused on the power consumption per tonne of steel and the temperature control accuracy of induction melting furnaces, the automation configuration of ingot casting lines, and the capacity matching of hot rolling and steel pipe anti-corrosion equipment.

Several long-standing customers who had already purchased HTGP equipment also returned to the booth. They exchanged views on equipment operation, the supply cycle of wearing parts and arrangements for subsequent capacity expansion, and expressed their recognition of the equipment’s stability.
Türkiye is an important steel and foundry production base in the Eurasian region. According to data from the Turkish Steel Producers’ Association (TCUD) and the World Steel Association, Türkiye produced 38.1 million tonnes of crude steel in 2025, up 3.3% year on year and ranking seventh worldwide, with electric arc furnace steel accounting for about 72%.
Data released by the Turkish Ministry of Trade during the exhibition shows that the country’s foundry output reached 2.3 million tonnes in 2025, with a capacity of about 3 million tonnes, ranking second in Europe and seventh globally, and about 71% of that output is exported. A market structure built on scrap steel as the main raw material and oriented clearly toward exports places requirements on melting, casting and rolling equipment that differ from those in other regions.

After the exhibition, HTGP sorted through the customer needs and market feedback collected on site item by item. The company will follow up by region and industry, and further refine its product configurations and service solutions for Türkiye and the surrounding markets in light of the contacts made at the show.
Looking ahead, HTGP will continue to deepen its presence in Türkiye and the wider Eurasian market, providing customers with more complete and more intelligent metallurgical equipment and integrated solutions on the strength of its capabilities across melting, casting, rolling and steel pipe anti-corrosion.
