Measuring equipment for induction furnaces
Today we will introduce to you the common measuring equipment in induction heating.
The induction furnace uses an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the blank coming out of the discharge port of the inductor of the intermediate frequency furnace. This temperature signal is fed back to the intermediate frequency furnace control system and the PLC control system through the temperature control system.
Using these parameters, we can adjust the heating temperature and control the temperature classification cylinder to achieve a qualified process. When the blank temperature reaches the requirement, it can pass.
If the blank temperature is lower than the process requirement, then heat the blank temperature. The temperature of the blank is higher than the process requirements, and the heating temperature of the blank enters the low-temperature material frame and the high-temperature material frame respectively to realize three-sorting for the induction furnace.
The automatic sorting mechanism of induction furnace three-sorting consists of photoelectric switch, infrared temperature detector, regulator and PLC.
After the photoelectric switch detects the discharge, it sends this signal to the PLC.
After the PLC detects the discharge signal, it sends out an instruction to detect whether there is an upper and lower limit alarm signal of the regulator. If there is this signal, it will issue an instruction to make the unqualified pusher cylinder move; if there is no such signal, it will issue an instruction to make the qualified pusher cylinder move.
The qualified or unqualified command signal here is a delayed signal sent after the discharge signal is detected, the purpose is to avoid the sorting cylinder caused by the instability of the infrared temperature detector and the regulator in the initial stage of temperature measurement erroneous action. The length of the delay time is adjusted by the analog setting potentiometer 0 on the PLC.
Whether the workpiece temperature is qualified is completed by the regulator, and the upper and lower limits of the qualified temperature range should be set as the upper and lower limit alarms of the regulator.
For example: if the workpiece temperature is in the range of 1100°C—1200°C as normal, the upper limit alarm of the regulator should be set to 1200°C, and the lower limit alarm should be set to 1100°C.
The workpieces within this temperature range are pushed into the qualified workpiece guide rail by the qualified pusher cylinder, and the workpieces not within this temperature range are pushed into the unqualified workpiece guideway by the unqualified pusher cylinder, so as to complete the automatic sorting of the intermediate frequency furnace pushing and discharging. .
